Chapter President
“As chapter president, I oversee all chapter operations on the Chapter Leadership Team. I support them through servant leadership to deliver a premier member experience. I am also responsible for communications with our alumni advisory team and leading our chapter meetings and rituals.”

ALEXA MOHAMMED
Vice President of Operations
“As VPO, I am responsible for all the administrative functions of the chapter including record keeping, meeting minutes and editing any important documents. I oversee the Director of Leadership and Leadership Nominating Committee. I also serve as the first vice president.

HANNAH TADSEN
Vice President of Risk Management
“I am responsible for informing Pi Beta Phi members of the universities and communities' risk management policies in addition to local, provincial, federal laws and chapter bylaws through various initiatives. I am responsible for enforcing these policies and laws in the following consequences outlined by the chapter's bylaws.”

Vice President of Recruitment
“I am responsible for all recruitment-related tasks. My job is to oversee all recruitment events and workshops to ensure potential new members have the best experience possible and help them find their best fit!”

Vice President of Community Relations
“I am responsible for overseeing our philanthropy, social media and marketing. My job is to help plan and execute philanthropy initiatives and make sure the chapter's brand is aligned with Pi Phi's values on social media and our website.”

Vice President of Finance and Housing

“I am responsible for the overall management of chapter finance and housing affairs. Some of my duties include maintaining accurate financial records in addition to creating and monitoring the chapter budget.”

Director of New Member Experience
“My role is to welcome new members to the chapter and make them feel welcome at home. I meet with the new members once a week to educate them about Pi Phi’s history and values.”

“As director of PR and Marketing, I am responsible for representing our chapter across all social media platforms in a positive and inclusive way. I work closely with the Community Relations team to create content that demonstrates the values our chapter upholds.”

“I work with the recruitment team, specifically focusing on our membership selection process. I make sure membership selection aligns with the Fraternities core values and help as many PNM’s find their home as possible.”

GRACE JONES
Director of Fraternity Heritage
“Pi Phi has an incredible history, and it is my responsibility to educate the chapter by hosting workshops throughout the year so members can learn about our rich heritage. I am also in charge of fraternity rituals and ceremonies, the most significant of which is initiation, where New Members officially become Active Members of our Chapter.”

“As Director of social events, my primary responsibility is to implement risk management and safety procedures when planning social activities. My goal is to promote friendship within the chapter and within the community. I am responsible for proactive aspects of risk management by ensuring a safe social experience that follows the Pi Beta Phi values.”

“As Director of Recruitment Events, my role is to work closely with the Vice President of Recruitment to ensure that Pi Phi is positively represented throughout recruitment by organizing events and managing the overall recruitment process.”

“My responsibility as Director of Service and Philanthropy is to organize events that support different organizations and philanthropies in the Western and London community. I organize our annual Lip Sync for Literacy event, where the money raised goes to support Read>Lead>Achieve.”
